A collection of 470 documents and records related to the Kitano Shrine of Kyoto. Most of the items are from the former collection of Shobaiin, formerly affiliated with the Kitano Shrine. There are many important historical materials regarding medieval culture and history, as well as socioeconomic history, such as shakenikki (diaries of the shrine operations) and rengakaishi (writing sheets of renga, a form of poetry).
